We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange your pilgrimage.

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, telephone number and departure city.
• Enquiry details: preferred package, number of pilgrims and any requirements you tell us about.
• Booking and travel documentation: passport details, photographs, medical and vaccination certificates, and next-of-kin details, collected only once you confirm a booking.
• Technical data: pages visited, approximate location and device type, collected through analytics cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the quotes and information you asked for.
• To process visa applications, flight reservations, accommodation and transport on your behalf.
• To keep you updated about your booking before, during and after travel.
• To meet legal, regulatory and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah requirements.
• To improve our website and services.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only where it is necessary to deliver your pilgrimage: with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and its approved systems, our Mutawwif and service partners in the Kingdom, airlines, hotels and transport providers, and the Haj Committee of India where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and to measure our advertising. These are provided by Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and by Meta (the Meta Pixel).

None of them load until you accept them. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookie is set and no data is sent to Google or Meta. You can change your answer at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser — the site works either way.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months. Booking and travel records are kept for as long as required by Indian and Saudi regulation, and by our insurers and auditors.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Passport scans and other sensitive documents are held in restricted-access systems and shared only with the authorities and partners named above.
