Terms and Conditions
These terms govern enquiries and bookings made with Mubarak Travels. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking. They are a summary of the terms in your booking confirmation, which take precedence where the two differ.

Bookings and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and the required deposit has cleared.
- All bookings are subject to quota allocation and approval by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
- Package details, hotels and camp categories are as described at the time of booking. Where a named hotel is shown as “TBD”, allocation is confirmed closer to departure.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are quoted per pilgrim and depend on departure city, room occupancy and group size.
- Prices may be revised before confirmation due to changes in airfare, currency movement, Saudi government fees or taxes.
- Payment schedules are set out in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the stated dates may result in cancellation.
Documentation and eligibility
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
- You must provide accurate documentation, photographs and medical or vaccination certificates by the deadlines we give you.
- Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities. We cannot guarantee approval.
Changes and cancellation
- Cancellation charges depend on the package and how close to departure you cancel. The applicable scale is set out in your booking confirmation.
- Government fees, visa charges and non-refundable airline or hotel deposits are not recoverable once incurred.
- We may need to change itineraries, hotels or flights for reasons outside our control, including decisions by the Saudi authorities. We will offer the nearest equivalent available.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance for every pilgrim. We can arrange cover on request.
Conduct during the pilgrimage
Pilgrims are expected to follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the instructions of the Saudi authorities and the guidance of our group leaders. We reserve the right to withdraw services, without refund, where conduct endangers or seriously inconveniences others.
Liability
Mubarak Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. We are not liable for loss, delay, injury or damage arising from the acts or omissions of those suppliers, or from events outside our reasonable control.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell your group leader immediately so we can put it right on the ground. Any complaint that cannot be resolved during travel should be sent in writing to info@mubaraktravels.com within twenty-eight days of your return.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
